Claims (1)
- 連続気孔を有し、中心に中空部が形成された筒
体状の多孔性物質を支承する受台部と、該受台部
との間で前記多孔性物質の中空部を密封するよう
に該多孔性物質を挟持する蓋体部と、前記多孔性
物質の中空部に連通するように該蓋体部又は受台
部の少なくともいずれか一方に設けられた流体供
給口と、該流体供給口に接続され前記多孔性物質
の中空部内に洗浄用又は乾燥用流体を加圧供給す
る流体供給装置とから構成してなる多孔性物質の
洗浄又は乾燥装置。
