Claims (1)
- 同一平面上に配置される複数の素線からなる素
線集合体が下向きに供給されるダイス装置に、素
線集合体の周囲に未硬化樹脂を供給する樹脂供給
部と、樹脂供給部よりも下方に位置するダイスと
、樹脂供給部よりも上方に位置するニツプルとを
設け、上記ダイスに、素線集合体の断面の長手方
向に細長い２個のダイス孔を互いに平行かつ上記
長手方向と直角な方向に隣接した状態で形成し、
ニツプルに、ダイス孔と同方向に細長い２個のニ
ツプル孔をダイス孔に対して概ね上下方向に並ん
だ位置関係で設け、各ニツプル孔に素線集合体を
通過させてその水平方向の位置決めを行い、各ダ
イス孔に未硬化樹脂の付着した２本の素線集合体
を通過させて未硬化樹脂を所定の外周形状に成形
するようにしたことを特徴とする光フアイバー心
線製造用ダイス装置。
