Claims (1)
- 非磁性材から円筒状に形成された流路形成部材
と、この流路形成部材の外側に嵌装された励磁コ
イルと、前記流路形成部材の内側に励磁コイルに
対応するように摺動自在に保持された円筒状の磁
性体振動子と、前記励磁コイルで発生した磁束を
磁性体振動子へ流す磁路形成部材とを備え、前記
磁性体振動子を軸線方向に着磁された永久磁石で
形成すると共に、磁性体振動子の内周壁面を軸線
方向断面が鋸歯状になるように形成したことを特
徴とする流体用振動器。
