の弛みが生じ得るように張設された吊索条5と、
可動台板61の対向直立片62に前記支持レール
4の鍔46に係合する滑車63を取付け、かつ前
記可動台板61の一面側に前記可動台板61のほ
ぼ中央に透設した長孔61Aに差込み可能の長さ
の係止ロツド64を有する筒体65を備え、この
筒体65内に抜止め部66を上部に有し、かつ自
転車7を掛吊りする鈎体67の直立部68を枢支
して備え、かつこの直立部68の下部に前記吊索
条5を貫通させるとともに、前記筒体65に係止
