Claims (1)
- 帰還部に誘電体共振器を用いるマイクロ波発振
器において、電圧の印加により撓み変形する圧電
素子を、誘電体共振器の表面に対して間隔をおい
て対向させて支持することを特徴とするマイクロ
波電圧制御発振器。
