Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧電体振動子の振動によつて端面に回転す
る進行波または楕円振動を発生する非対称ランジ
ユバン型振動子からなるステータあるいはこのス
テータと組合わせるロータの一方にマグネツトを
固着し、他方に磁性体を固着し、前記ステータと
前記ロータを磁力によつて圧着させることを特徴
とする超音波駆動装置。 (2) 前記マグネツトまたは磁性体の少なくとも
一方に耐摩耗材をコーテイングしたことを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音波
駆動装置。
