Claims (1)
- 液晶層をはさんで対向する一対の透明基板の対
向面に形成した各透明電極の端子部を各基板の側
縁部に配列するとともに、前記各端子部の表面に
金属膜を形成した液晶表示素子において、前記各
端子部の少なくとも端子部配列方向の両側縁部を
絶縁膜で覆い、この絶縁膜の内側に前記金属膜を
形成したことを特徴とする液晶表示素子。
