回路図である。 図中、１は透明基板、２はシール材、３はコモ
ン電極、４は画素電極、５は液晶、６は導電材、
７は電極端子部、８はコモン電極用パターンであ
る。なお、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液晶と、液晶を挾持する２つの透明基板と
、一方の透明基板の液晶側の面に配置された画素
電極、画素電極用パターンおよびコモン電極用パ
ターンと、他方の透明基板の液晶側の面に配置さ
れたコモン電極と、コモン電極とコモン電極用パ
ターンとを電気的に接続する導電材と、コモン電
極用パターンに電気的に接続された電極端子部と
、前記２つの透明基板とともに液晶を封止するシ
ール材とを有する液晶表示素子において、前記導
電材を、電極端子部の近傍に配置したことを特徴
とする液晶表示素子。 (2) 画素電極用パターン以外のパターンと電極
端子部にメツキを施したことを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の液晶表示素子。
