、第５図は出力側クラツチ板の放射状油溝に作用
する慣性力と遠心力と粘性力との関係を示す説明
図、第６図は出力側クラツチ板の放射状油溝に作
用する粘性力の状態を示す説明図、第７図は出力
側クラツチ板の回転速度と冷却用油にかかる力と
に関係する遠心力と粘性力との関係を示す図、第
８図は出力側クラツチ板の回転速度と出力側クラ
ツチ板の油溝を流通する冷却用油の通過量との関
係を示す図である。第９図はこの考案の第２実施
例を示し、出力側クラツチ板の正面図である。第
１０図は従来のクラツチの半断面図、第１１図は
従来の出力側クラツチ板の正面図である。 図において、２は車両、４は内燃機関、６は動
力伝達機構、１０はクラツチ、２０は入力軸、２
２はハウジングハブ、２４はハウジング、２６は
外周縁部、２８は入力側可動クラツチ板である押
圧プレート、３０は入力側固定クラツチ板である
エンドプレート、３４は板ばね、３８はピストン
、４６は出力側クラツチ板、４８は出力軸、５０
は冷却用油供給通路、５２は冷却用油連絡通路、
５４―１，５４―２は冷却用油吐出通路、５６は
放射状油溝、そして５６は円形状油溝である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 入力側クラツチ板接合面と出力側クラツチ板
    接合面とを接離させて内燃機関からの動力を断続
    するクラツチにおいて、少なくとも一方の前記ク
    ラツチ板接合面には前記クラツチ板の中心から放
    射状で且つ前記クラツチ板の回転方向外側に指向
    する複数の放射状油溝を所定間隔に設けるととも
    に複数の円形状油溝を所定間隔に設けたことを特
    徴とするクラツチ板冷却構造。 ２ 前記放射状油溝は、前記クラツチ板の回転方
    向外側に曲線状に指向する放射状油溝である実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のクラツチ板冷却
    構造。 ３ 前記放射状油溝は、前記クラツチ板の回転方
    向外側に直線状に指向する放射状油溝である実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のクラツチ板冷却
    構造。
