- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外層フイルム２と内層フイルム３との積層
材を製袋してなり、口の部分にプラスチツク製の
チヤツク６をそなえたチヤツク付包装袋１におい
て、チヤツク６の外側が密閉されていて、密閉部
分４とチヤツク６との間で外層フイルム２，２の
対応する位置にチヤツク６と平行にミシン目７を
設けたことを特徴とするチヤツク付包装袋１。 (2) 外層フイルムがポリエステルフイルムであ
り、内層フイルムがポリエチレン／アルミニウム
箔／ポリエチレンからなる層構成を有するもので
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のチヤ
ツク付包装袋１。
