Claims (1)
- 回転軸または該回転軸と同心のリングによつて
光束の１部を遮ぎられる様に配設した一対の発光
部、受光部と、前記光軸に交差する光軸上に配置
され、前記回転軸によつて光束の１部を遮ぎられ
る他の少なくとも一対の発光部、受光部と、前記
各受光部の受光量の変化によつて偏心量を算出す
る演算装置とを備えてなることを特徴とする回転
軸偏心検出装置。
