じ部材を締め付けて上記軸受にプリロードを付与
すると共に、軸部材を回転させて上記プリロード
を測定するようにしたプリロード調整装置であつ
て、上記ねじ部材締付け用の第1回転駆動手段と
、上記プリロード測定用の第2回転駆動手段と、
該第2回転駆動手段の軸線を中心として揺動可能
とされた揺動ベース部材と、該揺動ベース部材に
支持され、該部材の揺動により上記第1回転駆動
手段の軸線上に選択的に位置されて、該第1回転
駆動手段による上記ねじ部材の締め込み時に上記
軸部材を固定すると共に、第2回転駆動手段によ
るプリロード測定時には該第2回転駆動手段によ
りクラツチを介して回転駆動されて上記軸部材を
回転させる複数の回転係合部材とを有することを
