軸部に偏心ハブを回転可能に装着し、該偏心ハブ
に軸受を介して連結桿の一端を装着し、その他端
を振動フレームの連結フランジに回転駆動可能に
支承された連結回転軸の偏心軸部に、軸受を介し
て装着する他、上記回転軸の少なくとも何れか一
方に、回転を制動するブレーキ装置を設けたこと
