ク弁装置を備えてポンプ作用を行なうダイヤフラ
ムポンプにおいて、吐出チエツク弁装置の直後に
おいて吐出液体通路を直上へ伸長するガス通路と
これと異なる方向へ伸長する液体通路とに分岐し
、前記ガス通路には取扱い液から分離したガスを
排出する自動ガス抜き装置を設けると共に前記液
体通路には圧送された取扱い液の逆流を阻止する
逆止弁装置を設けることを特徴とする自動ガス抜
き装置付きダイヤフラムポンプ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の自動
ガス抜き装置付きダイヤフラムポンプにおいて、
自動ガス抜き装置は上、下2段のボール弁機構か
らなり、上段ボール弁機構は比重が取扱い液より
大きい弁ボールとこの弁ボールが下降着座するボ
ールシートとで構成し、下段ボール弁機構は比重
が取扱い液より小さい弁ボールとこの弁ボールが
上昇着座するボールシートとで構成してなる自動
ガス抜き装置付きダイヤフラムポンプ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項あるいは第
2項の何れかに記載の自動ガス抜き装置付きダイ
