Claims (1)
- 車両用内燃機関の吸気通路に介装されアクセル
ペダルと連動するスロツトル弁のアイドル位置を
検出するアイドル検出手段と、前記アクセルペダ
ルの非踏込み状態を検出するアクセル非踏込み状
態検出手段と、前記アイドル検出手段によるスロ
ツトル弁のアイドル位置検出と前記アクセル非踏
込み状態検出手段によるアクセルペダルの非踏込
み状態の検出とが同期しないときにアクセル系の
異常判定をするアクセル系異常判定手段と、該ア
クセル系異常判定手段によるアクセル系の異常判
定時にフエイルセーフ手段を起動させるフエイル
セーフ起動手段と、を備えてなる車両用内燃機関
のアクセル系フエイルセーフ装置。
