Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 可変容量コンデンサの容量値に逆比例する電圧
を発生する装置であつて、 基準コンデンサ、 該基準コンデンサ、及び前記可変容量コンデン
サに結合されて該基準コンデンサ及び可変容量コ
ンデンサを交互に充、放電する第1の手段、を具
え、 前記第1の手段は、 前記基準コンデンサ及び可変容量コンデンサに
交互に電流を導く第3の手段、 該第3の手段及び前記基準コンデンサに結合さ
れて該基準コンデンサの電圧が所定値に達したと
きに前記第3の手段の状態を変更し、これによつ
て前記基準コンデンサを放電させかつ前記電流を
前記可変容量コンデンサに導かせる第1の比較手
段、 前記第3の手段及び前記可変容量コンデンサに
結合されて該可変容量コンデンサの電圧が前記帰
還電圧に達したときに前記第3の手段の状態を変
更しこれによつて前記可変容量コンデンサを放電
させかつ前記電流を前記基準コンデンサに導かせ
る第2の比較手段、 前記第1手段に結合され、前記可変容量コンデ
ンサを放電させる帰還電圧を発生し、該帰還電圧
は、前記可変容量コンデンサの容量値に逆比例す
る大きさに達する第2の手段、を具え、 前記第2の手段は、 電荷蓄積手段、 前記基準コンデンサの充電期間中に前記電荷蓄
積手段内に電流を導きかつ前記可変容量コンデン
サの充電期間中に前記電荷蓄積手段から電流を引
出す第4の手段を具えたことを特徴とする圧力検
出変換回路。
