ンフイルムにて被覆してなるラミネートフイルム
を、金属箔が露出するラミネートフイルムの縁部
をそれぞれ反対方向に位置させて２枚重ね合せて
多数回巻回して柱状体を形成し、その柱状体の両
端に金属溶射によつて引出電極を形成してなるこ
