一方の系統には発光器を他の系統には受光器をそ
れぞれ取付け、該グラスフアイバーケーブルの他
端の発受光面を多分割コリメータの移動量に対応
して該多分割コリメータに設けた等間隔の凸凹部
に近接させて設置し、該凸凹部の反射光を検出す
ることを特徴とする放射線装置の多分割コリメー
