子を設け、上記シンチレータのX線入射側の前面
には、X線の吸収が少なく光の透過性の良い材質
でできたライトガイドをその一端部がシンチレー
タの一側外方へ突出するように設けると共に、こ
のライトガイドのX線入射側全面には光反射層を
設け、かつ上記ライトガイドの一端部の光反射層
と反対側の面には該ライトガイドを介して導びか
れる上記シンチレータの発光した光を入射して電
気信号に変換する第二の光電変換素子を設けたこ
