Claims (1)
- Ｘ線を入射して発光するシンチレータのＸ線透
過側の後面には、上記シンチレータの発光した光
を入射して電気信号に変換する第一の光電変換素
子を設け、上記シンチレータのＸ線入射側の前面
には、Ｘ線の吸収が少なく光の透過性の良い材質
でできたライトガイドをその一端部がシンチレー
タの一側外方へ突出するように設けると共に、こ
のライトガイドのＸ線入射側全面には光反射層を
設け、かつ上記ライトガイドの一端部の光反射層
と反対側の面には該ライトガイドを介して導びか
れる上記シンチレータの発光した光を入射して電
気信号に変換する第二の光電変換素子を設けたこ
とを特徴とするＣＴ装置用Ｘ線検出器。
