- 電子線の照射強度分布を均一化するスキヤツタ
リングフオイルシステムにおいて、２枚のスキヤ
ツタリングフオイルと、前記スキヤツタリングフ
オイルの間隔を変えてあらかじめ定められた位置
に固定できる手段とを備えて成ることを特徴とす
るスキヤツタリングフオイルシステム。
