Claims (1)
- ＲＦ信号でレーザ光の強度の変調をかけること
により光変調器の動作レベルを安定化する装置で
あつて、変調されたレーザ光の一部を検出して電
気信号に変換し、上記ＲＦ信号がペデスタルのレ
ベルにあるときの該電気信号の２次歪が最少にな
るように動作レベルを負帰還制御するよう構成し
たことを特徴とする光変調器安定化装置。
