子の記録・再生動作に応じて入出力方向を切り替
えるスイツチング機能、再生時での再生信号を増
幅する増幅機能および記録時での記録信号を定電
流駆動する定電流駆動機能を有する集積回路とを
１つのウエハ上に形成したことを特徴とする薄膜
