検査するようにした圧力センサの検査装置におい
て、加圧あるいは減圧される圧力に応じて基準出
力を発生するマスタセンサと、該マスタセンサと
同じ圧力が加えられるように前記圧力センサが取
り付けられるセンサ取付手段と、該センサ取付手
段に取り付けられた圧力センサと前記マスタセン
サを連続的に変化する圧力により加圧あるいは減
圧する圧力発生手段と、該圧力発生手段による加
圧あるいは減圧過程の前記両センサの出力を所定
の間隔で入力しマスタセンサの基準出力に対する
圧力センサの出力結果を所定の演算式に基づき算
出する演算手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする圧
