Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 鋼板を絞り加工して円筒カツプ状に成形したモ
ータ外部ケーシングと、鋼板を絞り加工して前記
モータ外部ケーシングより小径の円筒カツプ状に
成形したモータ内部ケーシングと、鋼板を絞り加
工すると共に吸込口および吐出口を押抜き加工し
てこれらに吸込管および吐出管を溶接接合したポ
ンプケーシングと、前記モータ内部ケーシングを
密閉するためのプレス成形鋼板により構成した仕
切板とからなり、 モータ外部ケーシングとモータ内部ケーシング
との円筒間にモータステータを挾持させてこれを
固定配置し、モータ内部ケーシング内にモータロ
ータをこのモータロータの外形より若干大径の前
後一対のベアリングと共に収納し、 前記一対のベアリングを前記モータ内部ケーシ
ング内に圧入固定し、このベアリング外周面に軸
方向の凹溝を設け、この凹溝と平行に複数の通液
孔を穿設すると共に内周部に通液溝を穿設し、モ
ータロータと対向する端面にそれぞれスリツトを
設け、ロータ軸を前記ベアリングにそれぞれ軸止
しその一端を前記仕切板を貫通してポンプケーシ
ング内に延在させてこれにインペラを結合するよ
う構成し、 さらに前記仕切板をモータ内部ケーシングの開
口部に溶接接合すると共に前記モータ外部ケーシ
ングとモータ内部ケーシングとポンプケーシング
の各開口端縁部を一体的に溶接接合することを特
徴とするキヤンドモータポンプ。
