Claims (1)
物の床面上に設置される除振機構と、前記除振機
構によつて支持される被支持部材とを具備した除
振装置であつて、前記被支持部材に、前記免震構
造物の床面に生ずる振幅の水平方向成分を減衰せ
しめるために前記床面の水平方向成分の固有振動
数と略一致する水平方向成分の固有振動数を有し
た減衰手段を設けたことを特徴とする除振装置。 (2) 前記被支持部材は、定盤又は精密機器であ
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
項記載の除振装置。 (3) 前記減衰手段は、前記定盤又は精密機器の
底面、側面或いは上面のいずれかに取り付けられ
たブラケツトと、前記ブラケツトに取り付けられ
上下方向には充分な剛性を有するとともに水平方
向に充分な弾性を有している弾性部材と、前記弾
性部材によつて支持される重錘とを具備している
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
又は第2項に記載の除振装置。 (4) 前記減衰手段は、前記定盤又は精密機器の
底面、側面或いは上面のいずれかに取り付けられ
たブラケツトと、前記ブラケツトに取り付けられ
た減衰液を収容している容器と、前記容器内に取
り付けられ上下方向には充分な剛性を有するとと
もに水平方向に充分な弾性を有している弾性部材
と、前記弾性部材によつて支持される重錘とを具
備していることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の除振装置。 (5) 前記弾性部材は、積層ゴムであり、前記重
錘は、複数個に分割可能に構成されていることを
