パー４をもつて形成したことを特徴とする研磨用
デイスク。 (2) 基盤２を形成する研磨用ペーパー４が、ネ
ツト状の研磨用ペーパーである実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の研磨用デイスク。 (3) 基盤２を形成する研磨用ペーパー４を硬化
させる硬化樹脂が、研磨用ペーパー片３を接着固
定させる接着樹脂と同一部材であり、その接着固
定と基盤２の樹脂硬化を同時に行つたものである
