Claims (1)
- 断面形状が箱形で、左右側板端部がボス外周の
一部にわたつて接合され、かつ上記ボスおよび側
板を補強板にて一体的に結合した建設機械用アー
ムにおいて、上記アーム用ボス外周に接合する側
板接合部の外面側に溶接開先を設け、一方、補強
板のボス穴を、ボスに対して側板の接合される部
分に沿う内径は側板の溶接開先部分より大径にし
、またボスに対して側板接合のない部分に沿う内
径はボス外径と同径にし、かつ上記補強板のボス
穴全周にわたつてその外面側に容接開先を設ける
とともに、上記ボスに対して側板および補強板の
それぞれ溶接開先を肉盛溶接したことを特徴とす
るアーム用ボスの溶接部形状。
