上記集束電極に付与される相対的に低い電位との
中間の中電位を上記中間電極に付与する抵抗体と
、上記集束電極を挾んでその両側に隣接して位置
する上記中間電極と上記補助電極とを同電位接続
する接続手段とを具備することを特徴とする電子
銃。 (2) 集束電極はその平均内径と電極長さとの比
