Claims (1)
びその発生量を制御調整する複数の電極からなる
電子ビーム発生部と、この電子ビーム発生部に隣
接して順次配設された補助電極、集束電極、複数
の中間電極、加速電極からなり、上記電子ビーム
発生部から放出される電子ビームをターゲツトに
集束させる主レンズ部と、上記加速電極に付与さ
れる相対的に高い高電位を分圧してこの高電位と
上記集束電極に付与される相対的に低い電位との
中間の中電位を上記中間電極に付与する抵抗体と
、上記集束電極を挾んでその両側に隣接して位置
する上記中間電極と上記補助電極とを同電位接続
する接続手段とを具備することを特徴とする電子
銃。 (2) 集束電極はその平均内径と電極長さとの比
が1.5〜3.0の範囲にあることを特徴とする
