Claims (1)
陰極の外側に同軸的に位置して上記陰極を支持す
る筒状の陰極支持体と、上記陰極からターゲツト
方向に順次位置して上記電子放出面からの電子放
出を制御する電極およびこの電極を通過した電子
ビームを上記ターゲツト上に集束する主レンズ構
成電極からなる複数個のグリツドとを有する電子
銃を具備し、 上記陰極支持体の一端が上記電子放出面よりも
上記陰極に隣接する第1グリツドに接近して位置
し、この陰極支持体の一端部外側に上記電子放出
面から放出される電子を集束する磁界を上記陰極
と上記第1グリツドとの間に形成する集束コイル
を配置するとともに、上記陰極を高透磁率材で構
