スプレートが配設され、更にこのコンスタントオ
リフイスプレートの背面に該コンスタントオリフ
イスプレートよりも大径の第２プレートが配設さ
れて成り、コンスタントオリフイスプレートには
半径方向外方に開口するコンスタントオリフイス
が切欠形成され、第１プレートには連通路とコン
スタントオリフイスとを連通する連通孔が穿設さ
