Claims (1)
- レーザダイオードより出力される光量を受光素
子によつて検知し、上記受光素子によつて検知さ
れた光量に応じてレーザダイオードに供給する電
流を制御するレーザダイオードの駆動回路であつ
て、レーザダイオードを駆動するトランジスタと
、上記受光素子より送り出される電流の変化量に
応じてその出力電圧が変化する差動増幅器と、上
記差動増幅器からの出力電圧の変動に応じて前記
トランジスタに流れる電流のパルス幅を変化させ
るパルス幅変調回路とを備えていることを特徴と
するレーザダイオードの駆動回路。
