- 円板状磁石のピストンと、前記ピストン円周上
に位置するＯリングと、前記ピストンの円板中心
に一端を固定した円柱状のシヤフトと、前記Ｏリ
ングに外接して前記ピストンを収容しかつ一端に
メネジを有し他端が開放となる中空円柱状のハウ
ジングと、前記ハウジング外周に巻装したコイル
と、前記コイルの外周に位置する円柱状のカバー
とを含むことを特徴とするシリンダー。
