補正 昭６２．１０．９ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する
。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ｖ型多気筒エンジンにおいて、Ｖ型谷間の中央
部に集合部が位置し、集合部から４方に延びる各
ブランチの下流端を各吸気ポートに接続するよう
にした吸気マニホールドを備え、この集合部の上
に、接線方向水平に吸気通路を導入したリング状
の旋回室を重ね、この旋回室内周下部に開けた円
筒状のスリツトを介して上記集合部と連通すると
共に、旋回室内周に上下摺動自在なピストンバル
ブを嵌挿してスリツトの開度を可変にし、このピ
ストンバルブにスプリングを弾装してスリツト開
度が増大する上方への付勢力を付与し、かつスリ
ツト下端縁の旋回室底面とピストンバルブ下端縁
に面取りを施し、ピストンバルブが最下位にある
ときのスリツト開度をアイドリング運転時の空気
噴出流が所定の速度になるように設定し、このと
きの上記両面取りの傾斜が集合部軸心の上下部に
向つて僅かに広角するようにしたことを特徴とす
るＶ型多気筒エンジンの吸気装置。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. Ｖ型多気筒エンジンにおいて、Ｖ型谷間の中央
    部に集合部が位置し、集合部から４方に延びる各
    ブランチの下流端を各吸気ポートに接続するよう
    にした吸気マニホールドを備え、この集合部の上
    に、接線方向水平に吸気通路を導入したリング状
    の旋回室を重ね、この旋回室内周下部に開けた円
    筒状のスリツトを介して上記集合部と連通すると
    共に、旋回室内周に上下摺動自在なピストンバル
    ブを嵌挿してスリツトの開度を可変にし、このピ
    ストンバルブにスプリングを弾装してスリツト開
    度が増大する上方への付勢力を付与し、かつスリ
    ツト下端縁の旋回室底面とピストンバルブ下端縁
    に面取りを施し、ピストンバルブが最下位にある
    ときのスリツト開度をアイドリング運転時の空気
    噴出流が１０ｍ／ｓｅｃの速度になるように設定
    し、このときの上記両面取りの傾斜が集合部軸心
    の上下部に向つて僅かに広角するようにしたこと
    を特徴とするＶ型多気筒エンジンの吸気装置。
