Claims (1)
- ４個の磁極部を進行方向に２列に、かつ、互い
に対向するように配置するとともに、進行方向も
しくは進行方向に直交して隣接する２個の磁極部
をスケールの面に対して平行に配置される磁路形
成部材によつて接続し、かつ、これらの磁路形成
部材に各々励磁コイルを巻回し、さらに、進行方
向に直交する方向に対向している前記磁極部に車
軸を取り付けて１次側を構成したことを特徴とす
るリニアモータ。
