Conventionally, for example, when attaching and fixing a meandering condensation pipe, which is a heat exchange pipe, to the inner surface of a back plate, which is a mounting plate, in a refrigerator, the condensation pipe is placed on the back plate, and an adhesive sheet with adhesive applied to the back side is used. With a barrel of aluminum foil placed almost entirely on the condensing pipe, the aluminum foil is manually cut between each pipe section of the condensing pipe with a cutter, and a presser fitting is fitted between each pipe. The aluminum foil was pressed and bonded from the condensation pipe to the back plate using a jig.

However, in the conventional method described above, the aluminum foil must be cut at each meandering interval of the condensing pipe, and the aluminum foil must also be subsequently glued at each meandering pitch. There are problems that require a lot of effort to install, and if there are variations in the meandering pitch of the condensing pipe, there is a risk that the above-mentioned presser jig will not be able to reliably press the aluminum foil onto the condensing pipe and the back plate, making it difficult to bond. There were also concerns about uncertainty.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, Fig. 1 shows a condensing pipe 1 for a refrigerator as a heat exchange pipe, a back plate 2 as a mounting plate, and an aluminum foil 3 as an adhesive sheet.
The condensing pipe 1 is formed in a meandering shape with a predetermined meandering pitch P, and an adhesive is applied to the back surface of the aluminum foil 3. Now, Figure 2 shows the entire installation equipment including the condensing pipe 1 and the back plate 2.
and an aluminum foil 3, and in FIG. 2, 4 is a support whose upper surface is flat. Reference numeral 5 denotes a base body, which is provided above the support body 4 so as to be lowered and raised with respect to the support body 4 by a lifting device (not shown). Reference numeral 6 denotes a pressing member made of cushion material, which is attached to the support 4 side of the base 5. Reference numeral 7 designates cutters, which are provided so as to be retractable through the base body 5 through a pressing member 6, and six cutters, for example, are arranged at substantially the same pitch as the meandering interval P1 (see Fig. 1) of the condensing pipe 2. has been done. 8 is an elastic spring,
This is disposed in a recess 9 formed in the base body 5, and the spring 8 causes the cutter 7 to normally protrude from the pressing member 6.

Next, the case of attaching and fixing the condensing pipe 1 to the back plate 2 will be described. First, the back plate 2 is placed on the support 4, the condensing pipe 1 is placed on the back plate 2, and the condensing pipe 1 is placed on the condensing pipe 1 as shown by the chain double-dashed line in FIG. Place the aluminum foil 3 on it so that it covers almost the entire area, with the adhesive side facing downward (see Figure 2). In this case, the sections between each pipe section (meandering interval section) of the condensing pipe 1 are located below the cutter 7. Then, from this state shown in FIG. 2, the base body 5 is lowered toward the support body 4 side. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the aluminum foil 3 is cut between each pipe section of the condensing pipe 1 by a cutter 7, and a pressing member 6 is then cut from above as shown in FIG.
presses the condensation pipe 1 and the back plate 2 while being elastically deformed, and as a result, the aluminum foil 3 moves from the outer peripheral surface of each pipe section of the condensation pipe 1 to the back plate 2.
Then, the condensing pipe 1 is attached to the back plate 2 using the aluminum foil 3 as shown in FIG. Incidentally, when transitioning from the state shown in FIG. 3 to the state shown in FIG. 4, the tip of the cutter 7 hits the back plate 2, but since the cutter 7 relatively enters the recess 9 side of the base 5 as the base 5 descends, Pressing by the pressing member 6 can be performed without any problem.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, and is not limited to, for example, fixing the condensing pipe 1 to the back plate 2 of a refrigerator. It can be applied to anything used when attaching and fixing the cutter, and the adhesive sheet may also be made of a material other than the aluminum foil 3, and the elastic body that biases the cutter 7 may be made of a material other than the spring 8. It may be implemented with appropriate changes within the scope without departing from the gist.

As explained above, the present invention enables cutting and gluing of the adhesive sheet for attaching and fixing the meandering heat exchange pipe to the mounting plate in one step, so the adhesive sheet is cut one by one with a cutter. Unlike the conventional method, which was glued one by one using a presser jig,
The heat exchange pipe can be quickly attached to the mounting plate, and since the pressing member is made of cushion material, even if there is slight variation in the meandering pitch of the heat exchange pipe, the heat exchange of the pressing member can be performed quickly. The adhesive sheet can be reliably bonded from the heat exchange pipe to the mounting plate by elastic deformation according to the pipe, and
It is possible to provide a heat exchange pipe attachment device that has a number of excellent effects, such as eliminating the risk of tearing the adhesive sheet and allowing automatic mechanization of the overall work as desired.
