It is suitable for application. In sewage treatment equipment, a plurality of rotating plates are attached to a rotating shaft with a gap between them, and each rotating plate is partially immersed in the wastewater of the treatment tank as it rotates. There is a device that treats wastewater using the action of aerobic microorganisms that multiply in water. The processing capacity of this device is proportional to the surface area of the rotating plate, so the larger the diameter, the smaller the installation area.
In recent years, large-scale devices with large diameters have been manufactured. However, if the product becomes large, it cannot be transported as a finished product due to road conditions such as tunnels, etc.
It is necessary to transport it as an intermediate assembly part and assemble it at the installation site. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 53-115560 discloses that a plurality of thin fan-shaped sheets made of synthetic resin are overlapped with spacer holders interposed in multiple places between each sheet, and insertion holes provided between the sheets and the spacer holder are used. A pipe body is inserted into the hole to form a superimposed body of fan-shaped sheets,
A core shaft is inserted through the tubular body, and both ends of the core shaft are attached to the rotating body holding frame.

があつた。 However, in this stacked body of fan-shaped sheets, the spacing retainer has a bulge formed in the center of the circular sheet, and an insertion hole that matches the insertion hole of the fan-shaped sheet is formed in this bulge. Therefore, even if the spacing between the fan-shaped sheets is maintained by the bulge, the load applied to each fan-shaped sheet is supported by the fan-shaped sheet and the insertion hole of the spacing retainer, so the edge of the insertion hole is deformed in a thin fan-shaped sheet. It has the disadvantage that it is prone to cracking and enlargement of pores, resulting in low durability.

A spacing retaining cylinder that can be fitted into the fan-shaped sheet is fitted onto a connecting rod inserted through the insertion hole of the fan-shaped sheet, and the fan-shaped sheet and the spacing-keeping cylinder are heat-sealed together at the flange that holds the fan-shaped sheet. By making the sheet thinner, even a relatively thin fan-shaped sheet could withstand the load, be lightweight, and be inexpensive.

The central angle of this fan-shaped sheet 1 is determined in relation to the diameter of the rotating body, but it is preferable to use an angle that equally divides the circumference, such as 30°, 36°, 45°, 60°, or 90°. Each fan-shaped sheet 1 has insertion holes 11 in one place on the center side and two places on the outer circumference side.
is formed and is used for inserting the connecting rod 24. It is desirable that the fan-shaped sheet 1 is provided with uneven ribs, uneven ribs extending in the circumferential direction or radial direction, etc., so that the fan-shaped sheet 1 is reinforced and the surface area of the fan-shaped sheet 1 is increased.

b, 1b are overlapped, and this set of three fan-shaped sheets 1 is placed around the insertion hole 11 with spacing retaining cylinders 21, 21.
A plurality of sets are stacked one on top of the other, and a connecting rod 24 is inserted into the insertion hole 11, and clamping bodies 25, 25 are applied to both ends and fastened with nuts 26, 26. .

The lengths of 1 and 21 are the lengths of adjacent fan-shaped sheets 1b and 1b.
It is determined to match the spacing of the tsuba 2.
A set of three fan-shaped sheets 1 held between 2 and 22 are heat-sealed together at the flange. Tsuba 22,2
2 and the fan-shaped sheet may be done by any method as long as it is firmly fused without peeling, but the flange 22 is thicker than the fan-shaped sheet 1 in order to improve strength. Because of this, a through hole 23 is formed in the collar 22 to serve as a pilot hole, and the through holes 23 of the collars 22 and 22 are aligned and overlapped, and a hole slightly thicker than the diameter of the through hole 23 is formed in the through hole 23. It is preferable to heat-seal the flanges 22, 22 and the fan-shaped sheet together at the periphery of the through hole 23 by inserting the heated rod while melting the periphery of the through hole 23.

In this example, the spacing tube 21 has a flange 22 at one end of the cylindrical body, and this spacing tube 21 abuts the end surfaces of the cylindrical body at the other end to form a spacing tube having flanges 22 at both ends. . The collar 22 of the spacing cylinder 21 is provided with protrusions 23a, 23a at opposing positions, and through holes 23b, 23b are provided at positions orthogonal to the protrusions 23a, 23a.
The two spacing cylinders 21, 21's collars 22,
When they collide with each other at a 90° angle, the protrusions 23a,
23a and through holes 23b, 23b are configured to fit together. In addition, the through holes 23, which serve as pilot holes, are step-formed and have thin, small-diameter portions.
By performing thermal fusion with the fan-shaped sheet 1 at this portion, the fusion can be made efficient and strong.

When the recess 21a and the protrusion 21b are provided, the gap retaining cylinder 21 and the fan-shaped sheet 1
When overlapping the two, simply by fitting the recess 21a and the projection 21b and overlapping, the positions of the through holes 23 for heat-sealing are aligned and the assembling work efficiency is improved.

なつている。 The sewage treatment device of the present invention has the configuration as described above, and is configured to form a stack of fan-shaped sheets and attach it to the rotating body holding frame, so most of the assembly can be done at the factory. This makes it easier to assemble the device on-site. Further, between adjacent fan-shaped sheets stacked at intervals, a spacing retaining cylinder is provided on the connecting rod, which has a flange that contacts the fan-shaped sheets and can be fitted smoothly onto the connecting rod without wobbling. The fan-shaped sheet and the spacing cylinder are fitted and attached, and the fan-shaped sheet and the spacing cylinder are heat-sealed together at the flange that holds the fan-shaped sheet, the fan-shaped sheet is fixed to the flange of the spacing cylinder, and the spacing cylinder is attached to the connecting rod. Since the fan-shaped sheets are fitted without wobbling, the fan-shaped sheets are firmly fixed to the connecting rod, and even if the fan-shaped sheets are thin sheets made of synthetic resin, the fan-shaped sheets overlapped at intervals. The sheet is firmly fixed to the connecting rod, and the stack of fan-shaped sheets as a whole becomes a strong structure, which is arranged and fixed around the rotation axis to form a rotating body, and partially submerged in wastewater. It also has durability against the resistance force when it is immersed and rotated.

ていることを特徴とする汚水処理装置。1 A large number of thin fan-shaped sheets made of synthetic resin with insertion holes formed in multiple places are stacked at intervals, a connecting rod is inserted into each insertion hole, and clamping bodies are attached to both ends of the fan-shaped sheets. In a sewage treatment equipment in which the stacked fan-shaped sheets are arranged and fixed radially around a rotating shaft to form a substantially circular rotating body, the stacked fan-shaped sheets are stacked at intervals. Between adjacent fan-shaped sheets, a spacing retaining cylinder is fitted over the connecting rod and has a flange that contacts the fan-shaped sheets and can be fitted smoothly onto the connecting rod without rattling. A sewage treatment device characterized in that a sheet and a spacing cylinder are heat-sealed together at a flange that clamps the fan-shaped sheet.
