Conventional structure and its problems Conventionally, in this type of smoke evacuation device, the structure shown in Fig. 1,
As shown in FIG. 2, a blower 2 is provided on the upper part of the smoke evacuation device main body 1, and in order to forcibly bend the flow 4 of oily smoke sucked into the inside 3 of the smoke evacuation device main body by the blower 2. A plurality of buttfuls 6 are arranged on the inner wall 5. When the oil smoke passes through the inside 3 of the smoke evacuation device body, the buttful 6 and the internal wall 5 of the smoke evacuation device main body
The fats and oils adhering to the smoke evacuation device are removed by spouting a cleaning liquid from a cleaning nozzle 7 disposed inside the main body 3 of the smoke exhaust device. Note that when not cleaning, the cleaning liquid is stored in a cleaning liquid reservoir 8 provided at the bottom of the main body of the smoke evacuation device, and during cleaning, the cleaning liquid is heated by a heater 9 provided in the cleaning liquid reservoir 8 and then pumped through a pump 10. Recycle and reuse. by the way,
Even though the cleaning liquid has sufficient ability to dissolve fat and oil, it is very uneconomical to replace the cleaning liquid when cleaning every time cooking. Estimated to be about 2g in a typical household, calculate the time to replace the cleaning liquid by calculating from the oil and fat soluble ability of the cleaning liquid used, and use a timer etc. to perform cleaning once a day. ), and when it reaches the time for replacement, the discharge and supply of the cleaning liquid can be controlled. However, the amount of oil and fat contained in the oil smoke generated during actual cooking varies greatly depending on the type of food and amount of cooking.Of course, the amount of oil and fat that adheres to the inside of the smoke evacuation device body, including the buttful, also varies from hamburger steak (approx.
130g (8 pieces) is 0.22g, steak (about 130g
6 sheets), the weight is 2.42g, which is very different. For this reason, when cooking with a small amount of fat and oil contained in the generated oil smoke, or when cooking is done infrequently, the cleaning liquid that still has the ability to dissolve fat and oil is discharged, which is very uneconomical. In the opposite case, a problem arises in that the use of a cleaning liquid that exceeds the limit of its ability to dissolve oil and fat causes oil and fat to re-adhere to the internal walls and bubbles of the smoke evacuation device main body, resulting in a reduction in the cleaning function.

To explain the operation of the above structure, oily smoke generated during cooking is sucked in from the intake port 24 by the blower and passes through the inside of the smoke evacuation device main body 15. At this time,
Inside the main body of the smoke evacuation device, the flow of oil smoke is forcibly bent by each bend 22, and the oil particles contained in the smoke are caused by the inertial force to bend against the surface of each bend 22 and the inner wall 22 of the smoke evacuation device main body. Because they collide and adhere to each other, the oil smoke from which the oil and fat content has been removed is exhausted. At this time, the detecting parts 27 and 30 provided in the Batsuful 22 are also attached with oil and fat corresponding to the amount of fat in the oil smoke, and therefore the light emitting element 26 is transferred to the detecting parts 27 and 30.
The intensity of the light that passes through the sensor 30 and reaches the photosensitive element 29 decreases in accordance with the amount of oil and fat attached to the detection parts 27 and 30. This is detected by the photosensitive element 29, and the time to clean can be detected. In other words, the detection unit 2
First, the sensitivity of the photosensitive element 29 is adjusted to a certain range within the oil and fat solubility of the cleaning liquid based on the correlation between the amount of light that passes through the filters 7 and 30 and reaches the photosensitive element 29, and the amount of oil and fat that adheres to the detection parts 27 and 30. By setting this, it is possible to detect when it is time to clean.

Next, the operation sequence will be explained with reference to FIG. 4. When the blower is operated during normal cooking, the cleaning liquid 17 does not exist in the cleaning liquid reservoir 16. After the cooking is finished, the amount of oil and fat currently adhering to the inside of the smoke evacuation device main body 15 approaches the oil and fat solubility of the cleaning liquid, and the oil adhesion detection unit determines whether it is time to clean. Cleaning liquid supply pipe 2
After tap water flows in from 0 and detergent is automatically added (the detergent injection device is not shown), when the heater 33 is energized and the cleaning liquid 17 reaches a predetermined temperature, the pump starts and the detergent is automatically added through the piping route 18. Each cleaning nozzle 21
Cleaning liquid is spouted out and cleaning is performed. During this cleaning, the surfaces of the detection parts 27 and 30 of the oil adhesion detection part are exposed to the cleaning liquid jetted from the cleaning nozzle 21 towards them, or the cleaning liquid jetted from the cleaning nozzle 21 provided above and flowing down the inner wall of the smoke evacuation device main body 15. It is then washed with a cleaning solution that removes any oil or fat that may have adhered to it, returning it to its initial state. When the cleaning is completed, the cleaning liquid is discharged from the cleaning liquid discharge pipe 31, and the series of cleaning steps is completed. Therefore, since cleaning is performed when necessary, there is no wastage in the consumption of detergent and the power consumption required for the cleaning liquid including the heater and pump, etc., and it is very economical. It is no longer necessary to keep the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid storage section 16, and the problem of bad odor emitted from the used cleaning liquid and corrosion of the cleaning liquid reservoir section 16 is solved.
