It has been used for power supply to mobile devices since 1983.
There is an insulated trolley wire disclosed in the -101627 publication. This insulated trolley wire is constructed by covering a part of the outer periphery of a messenger wire with a conductor, and covering the sliding surface of the conductor with an insulating cover. The sliding surface of the conductor is a convex curved surface, and the current collector that slides on the sliding surface is formed into a concave curved surface.
However, there were problems in that machining the concave curved surface of the collector was complicated and the bonding force between the conductor and the messenger wire was weak.

The three insulated trolley wires 1 are held on mounting bars 2 via hangers 3 at their midpoints. Both ends of each insulated trolley wire 1 are fixed to mounting base materials 8, 8' by terminal fixing insulators 4, terminal tightening insulators 5, coil springs 6, tightening bolts 7, and the like. A current collector 10 of the current collector 9 is provided in a current collector holder 10',
It is slidably pressed into contact with the live part of the insulated trolley wire 1. This current collector 9 is connected to a trolley device (not shown).
The insulated trolley wire 1 is attached to a current collector mounting rod 11 extending from a part of the current collector 9, and power is supplied from the insulated trolley wire 1 to the trolley device via the current collector 9.

As shown in FIG. 3, the insulated trolley wire 1 has an I-shaped conductor 15 embedded in an insulator 14 having a current collector guide groove 13 and exposed at the bottom of the groove. The sliding surface of the conductor 15 with the current collector 10 is also a convex curved surface similar to the conventional example, but the degree of convexity is smaller than that of the conventional example, and the concave curve of the sliding surface of the current collector 10 is smaller than that of the conventional example. The degree may be small. Therefore, machining the concave curved surface of the current collector 10 is easier than in the conventional example.

In order to obtain good current collection with such an insulated trolley wire 1, it is necessary for the current collector 10 to always contact the conductor 15 under the same conditions, such as keeping the contact pressure of the current collector 10 constant. However, the conductor 15 and the insulator 14
The insulator 14 is manufactured by integral molding, and due to variations in molding, a portion of the insulator 14 may protrude from both sides of the exposed surface of the conductor 15, as shown in FIG. 14
a is its protruding portion. If the insulator 14 protrudes in this manner, the current collector 10 may ride on the protruding portion 14a of the insulator 14 as shown in FIG. 4, causing wire separation. If disconnection occurs, conductor 1
Sparks are generated between the conductor 15 and the current collector 10, and the surface of the conductor 15 or the current collector 10 becomes rough, shortening their lifespan.

Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to have a strong bonding force between conductors, to facilitate the processing of the current collector, and to prevent the insulator from protruding from the sliding surface of the conductor due to molding errors, so that the contact between the current collectors can be improved. To provide an insulated trolley wire that does not cause defects.

According to the insulated trolley wire of the present invention, the lip groove-shaped exposed conductor is hugged and joined to the lower flange portion of the internal conductor having an I-shaped cross section, so that the exposed conductor and the internal conductor can be firmly joined, and the exposed conductor can be Since it is groove-shaped, the sliding surface that the current collector comes into contact with is flat, making it easy to process the current collector. Furthermore, since the area of the bonding conductor extending from the outer bottom surface of the web of the exposed conductor to a part of the outer surface of both flanges is set as the exposed surface, when the insulator is formed integrally with the bonding conductor, part of the insulator is bonded. The conductor does not protrude onto the sliding surface, improving contact with the current collector.

An embodiment of this invention is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. That is, this insulated trolley wire has a coupling conductor 18 embedded in an insulator 16 in which a collector guide groove 17 is formed by a pair of opposing protrusions 16a, and is exposed at the bottom surface of the guide groove 17. Coupling conductor 1
8 is an internal conductor 18 formed by folding a thin plate into an L shape.
a, and a lip-groove exposed conductor 18b which is hugged and joined to the lower flange portion 20 of the internal conductor 18a. The width of the exposed conductor 18b is made slightly narrower than the width of the bottom surface of the guide groove 17, and the exposed conductor 18b is made to protrude slightly from the bottom surface of the guide groove 17. The exposed conductor 18b has an exposed surface 23 extending from the outer bottom surface 21 of the web to part of the outer surfaces 22 of both flanges. As a result, a small groove 19 is formed between the outer surfaces 22 of both flanges of the exposed conductor 18b and a portion of the bottom and side surfaces of the guide groove 17.

In this way, since the small grooves 19 are formed along both side edges of the exposed surface 23 of the coupling conductor 18, the insulator 1
6 is formed integrally with the coupling conductor 18, a portion of the insulator 16 does not protrude onto the sliding surface of the coupling conductor 18. Therefore, contact with the current collector 10 is improved, and good current collection characteristics can be obtained. Also,
Since the contact condition with the current collector 10 is improved, there is no roughness on the surface of the coupling conductor 18 or the current collector 10, and the life span is extended.

I can do it.
