の素材、収縮量は任意であり、収縮量の大小には
袋3内の空間5を増減させて対応し、好みの押し
固め強さを得ることができる。この袋3の形状
は、収縮後に略三角形状、俵状等の所望形状にな
るよう所望形状よりやや大型なものとしておく。

発明の効果 以上から明らかなように、本発明の簡易調理食
品の袋では、熱湯に浸漬した際の熱収縮で内部の
食品を押し固めるので、内部にばらけた食品を収
納しながら、手で押し固めることなく戻したとき
に特定の形状とすることができ、極めて便利なお
むすび等の簡易調理食品を実現することができ
る。また内部に収納する食品は、ばらけたもので
よいため、飯粒が個々に分離した飯を使用するこ
とができ、こうすることにより、戻す際の水分の
浸透を迅速化し、従来の塊状のものが10分程度を
要するのに対し、7〜8分程度で戻すことが可能
となる。さらに凍結乾燥飯を使用するに当り、炊
飯した飯を皿状に薄く伸ばして短時間で処理し
た、ばらけた飯を用いることができ、製造が効率
化される。
