[Technical background of the invention and its problems] In recent years, with the development of industry and medicine, the electronics industry, precision industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, food industry, optical machinery industry, construction of laboratory animal housing, and many other industries. Cleanliness of the working environment is required across industrial fields, and clean rooms are being installed in each field. During this clean room installation work, we will ensure that the seal is completely sealed to ensure airtightness and no air leakage.
Strict conditions are imposed, including that there be no cracks and that the structure is designed to prevent contaminant particles from falling from walls and ceilings due to vibration. In particular, since electric wires are drawn from the outside into the wiring box at indoor outlet and switch locations, airtightness must be maintained within the wiring box. Therefore, conventionally, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the wiring box B to which the conduit P is connected is installed on the back side of the installation opening H opened in the wall W by the usual method. , a silicone (oxime-component type) sealing material S is charged into the opening of the wall W, and parts that communicate with the outside of the wiring box B, such as the knockout edge, the small mounting hole, and the insulating bushing that connects the conduit P, the box. Seal the area around cover C and other parts manually. that time,
The wiring box B may be made of hard vinyl resin without knockouts, and the conduit P may be made of the same material. Next, conduit P
Connect the electric wire G, which has been sealed at the insulating bushing part pulled out from inside, to the electric mechanical parts E, such as the outlet body and the switch body attached to the mounting frame F, and connect it to the periphery of the installation opening H. Rubber pads R are arranged and fixed to the mounting frame F with screws, respectively.

During such construction, the seal is checked several times to ensure a perfect seal, and when the equipment is installed, the seal condition is checked again and any defective parts are corrected. However, it is difficult to seal the inner surface of the wiring box B and the insulating bushings, resulting in a lot of air leakage, which often results in extremely incomplete seals. In addition, there are many sealing points and the sealing material S is used extensively, resulting in poor work efficiency. In addition to increasing construction costs, it was difficult to inspect and confirm air leakage. In particular, when the electric mechanical component E was inserted into the wiring box B, the electric wire G wobbled, which tended to create a gap in the insulating bushing, and it sometimes took time for the sealant S to adhere.

Then, inside the wiring box B, an airtight box 1 made of an airtight material is charged and set, which seals and partitions the inside of the clean room and the outside of the clean room. This airtight box 1 has an installation opening H at the opening edge of a box body 2 formed in a box shape so as to cover electrical mechanical parts E such as an outlet main body and a switch main body located in the installation opening H. An abutment flange 3 is extended to abut on the periphery, and a wire drawing means 4 is attached to the bottom wall of the box body 2. The material is made of, for example, butyl rubber (IIR), which has a very low permeability to water vapor and gas, and by doing so, it is possible to improve workability by utilizing the flexibility of the material itself.

The electric wire pulling means 4 shown in the figure is formed separately from the box body 2, which is the main body of the airtight box 1, so that it can be used in combination to accommodate the different diameters of the electric wires G to be drawn in. It is equipped with an electric wire draw-out tube 8. That is, Fig. 6,
As shown in FIG. 7, on the bottom wall of the box body 2, a thick ring-shaped connecting annulus 7 is raised around a penetrable thin film-like closing seal 7 to form a pull-out portion 5. 5 is connected to an electric wire pull-out tube 8, and the electric wire pull-out tube 8 has an appropriate number of presser ribs along the circumferential direction on the inner circumferential surface of the insertion cylinder 9, which has an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the electrode G. 10 is raised, and a joint opening 11 is provided at the rear of the insertion cylinder 9 to be connected to the connecting ring 7 in an internally or externally fitting manner.
Insertion openings 13 are formed in the front portions, respectively, and are closed with penetrable thin film-like closing pieces 12. In addition, 14 is a guide tube formed in a flap-like manner to protrude toward the front of the insertion port 13 to ensure smooth insertion guidance of the electric wire G, and 15 is a joining flange provided in a flange-like manner on the outer periphery of the joint port 11. When bonded to the body 2, the bonding stability is improved by coming into close contact with the seven connecting annular surfaces. Further, as shown in the figure, by opening the inner surface of the connecting ring 7 in a trumped shape, it is possible to facilitate the joining operation and to achieve reliable connection.

Therefore, there are several types of wire extraction tubes 8 having different inner diameters of the insertion cylinder 9, for example, 3.2φ, 3.6φ, and 4φ.
By preparing a number of wires, it is sufficient to select and use one corresponding to the diameter of the electric wire G, and join the joint opening 11 to the connecting ring 7 with an adhesive. And blockage piece 1
2 and the closing seal 6 with a cutter or other cutting tool or directly with the electric wire G to forcibly insert the electric wire G, and if necessary, insert it around the electric wire G to improve airtightness. The gap between the cylinder body 9 and the inner circumferential surface may be filled with an adhesive or the like. Therefore, compared to a case where the box body 2 and the wire pull-out tube 8 are integrated, there is no need to prepare separate manufacturing molds for different wire G diameters, and the product yield during molding is improved. is of good quality and can be provided at low cost. In addition, when the number of electric wires G is small, the closed seal 6, which is not used and is not opened, ensures a sealed compartment inside and outside the airtight box 1, and the rib 10 presses the insertion cylinder 9 to the outer periphery of the electric wire G. This effectively helps maintain airtightness.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention provides the above-mentioned method and apparatus,
In the case of electrical outlets, switches, and other wiring mechanism parts in a clean room, the inside and outside are reliably separated by the airtight box 1, so there is no need for the conventional sealing process using the sealing material S. Therefore, compared to the conventional method of sealing each location manually, which could only seal 5 to 6 locations per work day, the work can be performed several times more efficiently and construction costs can be reduced. Significant savings can be made. Furthermore, when inspecting and confirming after construction, since there are only two locations where air leakage may occur, the 4 locations in the airtight box 1 and the 3 locations of the contact flange, inspection is extremely easy. It is also very easy to repair leaks once they are discovered.

In particular, in the wiring box B, the inside of the electrical conduit P connected to the wiring box B and the electrical mechanical component E that communicates with the clean room are completely separated by the airtight box 1 that covers the electrical mechanical component E. Since there is no air circulation between the two areas, it is possible to prevent dust and other particles present along the electric conduit P from entering the clean room, thereby maintaining the cleanliness of the room.
In addition, the airtight box 1 is made of an airtight material, and the wire pulling means 4 through which the electric wire G connected to the electrical mechanical component E is inserted is airtightly closed, so that air leakage at the portion where the electric wire G is inserted is prevented. Furthermore, since the abutting flange 3 on the periphery of the airtight box 1 is in close contact with the periphery of the installation opening H, there is no air leakage at all at the installation site.

Since the airtight box 1 is formed so as to cover the electrical mechanical component E, there is no need for separate sealing treatment using sealing material S on the inner surface of the wiring box B, the insulating bushing part, etc., which is different from the conventional method. It does not require manual labor and is easy to install, which has excellent effects such as dramatically improving work efficiency.
