産業上の利用分野
本発明は樹脂成形されたランナー部を金型内に
はさみ込まれた“より線ワイヤー”につけた状態
で金型外へ取出すことを特徴としたあらゆる樹脂

従来例の構成とその問題点
従来のランナー取出方式は第1図に示すような
取出装置1にてランナーの一部を装置のチヤツク
部2の下降、ランナー3つかみ、引抜き、上昇、
旋回、ランナー離し等の動作により、金型外へ取
出す方式であり、全体の成形サイクルに対するラ
ンナー取出しの時間の占める割合が大きくなる。
又、成形品をワイヤーにからみつかせて取出す方
式は、第2図に示すように成形品4を金型外へ取
出した後、ワイヤー5と分離するためにつなぎの
樹脂部6を切断しなければならず、またワイヤー
に巻きついた樹脂部7を取除くのが困難なため、
ワイヤーの再利用が出来にくいという問題があつ

発明の目的
本発明は、上記従来の欠点を解消するものであ

発明の構成

の滑車と金型外へ取出されたランナーをワイヤー
から分離させる部分とからなり、ランナー取出し
の時間を大幅に削減出来、全体としての成形サイ

ーシユート、15は機械ベースに複数個取付けら
れた滑車、16はランナーをワイヤーから分離す
る板、17はワイヤーの駆動を行うリバーシブル
モーター、18は成形されたランナー、19はよ
り線ワイヤー、20はより線ワイヤーにしみ込ん
だ樹脂、21はより線ワイヤーを13の型板内に
はさみ込んで樹脂のからみついた状態の断面図、
23は前記複数の滑車の1ケ所に取付けられたバ
ネによるワイヤーのテンシヨン装置、24はラン
ナー18とより線ワイヤー19をむすぶための薄

し「より線ワイヤー」19にランナー18をつけ
た状態で第4図の左方向へ移動し、分離板16に
ランナーが当ることにより、より線ワイヤーにし
み込んだ樹脂20がワイヤーより分離され、ラン
ナーはシユート14の中へ落下していく。このあ
と前述のリバーシブルモーター17が逆転し、ワ

事が出来、より線ワイヤー自体は何の損傷も受け

発明の効果

込んでいるより線ワイヤーをモーターにより駆動
することから、型開後早座にしかも高速でランナ
ーを金型外へ取出すことができ、全体としての成
形サイクルの短縮にきわめて有利なものである。
また、より線ワイヤーにしみ込んだ樹脂は分離板
にランナーを当てるだけで簡単にはずれることか
ら、より線ワイヤーに何の損傷を与えることな
く、連続成形が可能であるという特徴も有してい
