Structure of the conventional example and its problems The conventional runner take-out method uses a take-out device 1 as shown in FIG.
This method takes out the runner out of the mold through operations such as turning and releasing the runner, and the time taken to take out the runner occupies a large proportion of the entire molding cycle.
In addition, in the method of taking out the molded product by entangling it with a wire, as shown in FIG. In addition, it is difficult to remove the resin part 7 wrapped around the wire.
There was a problem that it was difficult to reuse the wire.

Structure of the Invention The present invention comprises a groove formed in a mold, two stranded wires drawn from outside the mold and inserted into the groove, a reversible motor for driving the wires, and a wire strand. It consists of a pulley for pulling the wire and a part for separating the runner taken out of the mold from the wire, which can greatly reduce the time taken to take out the runner, which is extremely advantageous in shortening the overall molding cycle.

The operation will be explained below. First, between the start of mold clamping and the completion of mold clamping, the runner stripper plate 1
Injection molding is carried out with two stranded wires 19 housed in the grooves 22 of the template between 2 and the template 13. At this time, the "stranded wire" 19 is held in place by the tension device 23 without being cut. FIG. 4 shows the state in which the mold is opened after cooling is completed. In this state, the reversible motor 17 rotates forward and moves to the left in Fig. 4 with the runner 18 attached to the "stranded wire" 19, and the runner hits the separation plate 16, causing the stranded wire to soak into the wire. The resin 20 is separated from the wire and the runner falls into the chute 14. After this, the aforementioned reversible motor 17 reverses, and the wire returns to its original state.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the mold plate 13 is provided with the groove 22 and the link 24 between the runner and the groove, and outside the mold are provided a plurality of pulleys 15, a tension device 23, a runner separating plate 16, and a wire. By providing a reversible drive motor 17 and arranging the stranded wire 19, runner removal starts at the same time as the mold opens, and the wire can be moved at a very high speed corresponding to the rotational speed of the motor. The wire itself can be activated every time without any damage.

Further, the wiring of the wires and the arrangement of the reversible motor 17 and the tension device 23 according to the embodiment can be freely combined in various ways depending on the arrangement of the pulley 15, and can be arbitrarily determined without limiting the installation location. Needless to say.

Effects of the Invention As described above, since the present invention uses a motor to drive the stranded wire that has been inserted into the mold in advance, the runner can be quickly seated and taken out of the mold at high speed after opening the mold. This is extremely advantageous in shortening the overall molding cycle.
Furthermore, since the resin soaked into the stranded wire can be easily removed by simply applying a runner to the separation plate, continuous molding is possible without causing any damage to the stranded wire.
