1 is a crime prevention/disaster prevention sensor that is installed at a predetermined location and detects various information and abnormal signals; 2 is a security switch; when each tenant manually turns it on, the security area of that tenant goes into "alert" mode. It is configured as follows. 3 is a building manager's room, which is equipped with a central monitoring panel 3a. This central monitoring board 3a
is configured to centrally monitor various information and abnormal signals detected by the crime prevention/disaster prevention sensor 1 by turning on the security switch 2, and further transmits this signal to a remote location, such as a security guard, via a transmission line 5. Monitoring console 4a equipped with company monitoring sensor 4
The system is configured to send a warning to the following address.
6 is a tenant building, for example, tenants 6t 1 and 6t 2
and a building common area 6c. 7 is a patrol system in which the manager patrols the tenants 6t 1 and 6t 2 and the building common area 6c after the tenants 6t 1 and 6t 2 leave; specifically, the manager patrols at a predetermined time; Checking the locks of the above tenants 6t 1 and 6t 2 and the building common area 6c, and checking the lighting and lighting inside the tenants.
It involves discovering electrical equipment that is operating unnecessarily due to forgetting to turn off switches such as air conditioners, copiers, water heaters, etc., and taking appropriate measures.

After that, the person leaves the building 6, and then the manager patrols the building 6 based on the patrol system 7, and detects and takes action if the person forgets to check the lock or turn off the light. If there is any abnormality after the tenant 6t 1 leaves, the security system will issue an alarm from the centralized monitoring panel 3a in the building manager's room 3 to a remote location, such as a security company, via the transmission line 5. center 4
The information is sent to the monitoring console 4a.

することを目的としている。 This invention was made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks. Even in an unattended state when the building manager is absent, each tenant can automatically check the lock by setting the security system to "alert" when leaving the building, thereby eliminating unnecessary The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tenant building security system in which power switches for electrical equipment are automatically turned off by remote control, and each tenant key can be stored and managed reliably and appropriately.

In the figure, 8 is a lock confirmation sensor, and 9 is an electrical equipment power switch, each of which forms a series circuit with the crime prevention/disaster prevention sensor 1. Reference numeral 10 denotes a key chain box, which is electrically connected to the monitoring panel 3a, electrically confirms the location of each tenant key, records all transfers of tenant keys on a printer (not shown), and records the transfer of each tenant key on a printer (not shown). By "inserting" the tenant key into the key chain inside the box, the function of a security switch will be granted and the security system will be automatically put on "alert".
It is also configured to link circuits for lighting, air conditioning, etc.

When the last person to leave locks the door and returns the tenant key to the key chain box 10,
At the same time that the lock confirmation sensor 8 turns ON and the lock confirmation function operates, the security function described above is activated and the security area of tenant 6t1 automatically enters "alert".
and electrical equipment power switch 9 of the above tenant 6t 1
will turn off automatically. Furthermore, the equipment power switches (not shown) for the building common area 6c and the entire building are automatically turned off after all the tenants 6t 1 and 6t 2 return their tenant keys to the key chain box 10. When an abnormality is detected by the crime prevention/disaster prevention sensor 1 after each of the tenants 6t 1 and 6t 2 leave, an alarm is sent to the central monitoring panel 3a and the monitoring console 4a.

When each tenant returns their tenant key to the key chain box, the security system automatically goes into "alert mode", so conventionally the building manager would patrol around to check the locks, take measures such as forgetting to turn off electrical equipment, and ensure the safety of the tenant key. This eliminates the inconvenience and effort associated with storage and management, including delivery, and improves the reliability and efficiency of security systems. At the same time, significant economic benefits can be obtained through reduced labor costs and energy savings. .
