The upper heating element 3 and the lower heating element 4 are arranged, and the food to be cooked 5 is placed on the receiving part 6 provided between the upper heating element 3 and the lower heating element 4, and cooking is performed. was. However, in this case, the heat from the heat sources 3 and 4 heats the inside of the cooking chamber A by convection while heating the food to be cooked.
, and also reached the food to be cooked 5 by radiation and reflection from the inner tank 2, so it took time to heat the inside of the cooking chamber, and furthermore, the window glass 7
The cooking efficiency was poor due to the transmission loss of heat rays from the oven. Therefore, the cooking time was long.

布が発熱体近くに集中し、焼けムラが生じる。 Furthermore, when the food to be cooked 5 is close to the upper heating element 3, since the heating element is rod-shaped, the heat distribution on the surface of the food is concentrated near the heating element, resulting in uneven cooking.

As shown in the figure, a plurality of heat-generating parts each having heating wires 84 wired to a thin heat-resistant electrical insulator 83 such as mica are arranged, and as shown in FIG. Protective member 8 having countless pores
5 and the frame 81, it is configured in a flat plate shape. On the other hand, 9 is a lower heating element, which has a plurality of heat generating parts arranged in which heating wires 93 are wired to a thin plate-like heat-resistant electric insulator 94 such as mica, and a plate-like heat-resistant electric insulator 95 and a thin plate-like heat-resistant electric insulator. The object 92 and the metal frame 91 form a flat plate.

電気絶縁物92及び金属枠91で保護している。 The protective member 85 protects the heating wire 84 from being accidentally touched by hands or the food to be cooked, and since it is shaped like a wire mesh, it does not impede heat transfer from the heating wire 84 to the food to be cooked. Also, the heat capacity is small and the temperature rises quickly. Since there is a risk that solid or liquid foreign matter may fall onto the lower heating element 9, it is protected by a thin heat-resistant electrical insulator 92 and a metal frame 91.

In this case, during cooking, the upper heating element 8 moves downward and approaches, and the lower heating element 9 is fixed, but may be moved back and forth in response to opening and closing of the window glass.

Heat is transferred to the food by convection, but since it is close to the food, there is little dissipation and the radiation effect is large, so the heat transfer efficiency is much higher than in the past. As a result of the above, thermal efficiency is improved and cooking time can be shortened. In addition, since a flat heating element is used, the heat distribution on the surface of the food to be cooked is made uniform, resulting in even cooking. For reference, according to experiments, it took 3 minutes and 40 seconds for two pieces of commercially available six-slice bread to reach the standard browning color of 7 under 800W, but with the electric heating of the present invention, it took 3 minutes and 40 seconds under 800W. With a cooker, it only takes 2 minutes and 30 seconds, which was a one-minute reduction.
