Further, in the lens frame fitting part 3, the inner diameter of the lens frame 5 is made slightly larger than the outer diameter of the lens 6. However, this difference between the inner diameter of the lens frame 5 and the outer diameter of the lens 1 causes play when the lens is assembled into the lens frame 5, so please take care to prevent this play from affecting the lens performance. The amount is extremely small.

極端に低下する危険があつた。 In addition, since the lens 6 is pressed against the lens frame abutting portion 4 by tightening the holding ring 2, the shape of the lens is affected, causing sag in the lens periphery, changes in the radius of curvature, and furthermore, the lens 6 is pressed against the lens frame body 5. There was a risk that the number of Newtonian fringes would increase or disturbance would occur compared to before they were fixed inside the lens 6, and that the performance of the lens 6 as a single unit would be extremely degraded.

By configuring the lens so that it can be directly screwed onto the screw part provided on the inside, the lens can be accurately, easily, and quickly inserted into the lens frame, and the surface shape of the lens can be maintained. It is characterized by being able to be worn without any trouble.

It has a lens frame fitting part 58. This lens frame fitting part 58 is provided with a threaded part 58a on its outer circumferential surface to be screwed into the threaded part 44 provided inside the lens frame.

てレンズ挿入部42に固定される事になる。 As shown in FIG. 2b, the shape of the lens frame deforming part 46 is smaller than the outer diameter of the lower part 11 of the lens frame deforming part 11 having a diameter equal to the root diameter of the threaded part 44 and the lens frame fitting part 58. It consists of the peak part 12 of the lens frame deformation part having an inner diameter, and as the lens frame fitting part 58 is screwed in, it gradually advances toward the smaller diameter and passes through the peak part 12 of the lens frame deformation part 46. Depending on the situation, it will be fixed to the lens insertion part 42.

とができる。 Therefore, the lens body 56 is screwed into the lens frame 41 from the arrow side in FIG. When passing through the deformed portion 46, the lens body 56 is rotated clockwise to try to screw in, so the lens spiral arm 57 rotates against the lens body 5.
6 side, the outer diameter of the lens frame fitting part 58 becomes smaller, the lens body 46 easily passes through the lens frame deformation part 46, and then the lens spiral arm 57 returns to its original position, and the lens body 56 It can be fixed to the lens insertion section 42. Further, the shape of the lens winding arm 57 can be modified such that a notch (not shown) is made at the base so that the lens spiral arm 51 can move easily, or the degree of the tapered shape is varied.

材質によつて決定されなければならない。 Note that the difference between the outer diameter of the lens frame fitting portion 58 and the inner diameter of the lens frame deforming portion 46 must be determined by the materials of the lens frame 41 and the lens body 43.

とも可能である。 In addition, when the lens frame deforming portion 46 is provided on the inner wall of the lens frame 41, there are four as shown in FIG. 2d, but the number is not limited to four depending on the shape of the lens, etc. As shown, the lens frame fitting part 5
The lens frame deformed portion 46a having a smaller diameter than the outer diameter of the lens frame 41
It is also possible to implement this by providing the entire circumference of the inner circumferential wall surface.

ズ挿入部42に固定してもよい。 This is because the outer diameter of the lens frame fitting portion 58 is deformed to follow the lens frame deforming portion 46a due to the elasticity of the lens spiral arm 57. Therefore, the threaded portion 44
The threaded part 58a of the lens frame fitting part 58, which has an outer diameter larger than the root diameter of the threaded part 44, is screwed in to shrink the lens spiral arm 57. It may be fixed to a lens insertion portion 42 having a larger outer diameter.

できる。 Furthermore, the lens body 43 can be screwed in by using a suction plate-like object to attract the lens surface, by providing a lens cannibal hole outside the effective diameter of the lens body 56, or by using a lens curvature. Screwing may be accomplished by hooking a screwing jig to the winding arm 57 and rotating it. Furthermore, the lens frame fitting part 58 and the body attachment part 47
By inserting an elastic member between them, it is also possible to prevent the lens from wobbling in the thrust direction.

(increase in A) was not observed.

Changes in the surface shape caused by changes in the outer shape of the lens can be absorbed, and the temperature range in which the plastic lens can be used can be expanded. especially,
According to the lens holding device of the present invention, the lens can be directly screwed onto the lens frame without using a presser ring, and the lens mounting operation can be performed accurately, quickly, and easily.
