所を有するワークを同時に締付加工を行うように
した多軸締付装置の締付ヘツドをワークの機種に
応じて自在に交換し得るようにしたヘツド交換式
多軸締付装置に関する。

付金具の数種を供給すべく締付金具の選別機を有
する供給装置とを併設したものを提案した。

に供給される締付金具を図示しない上部のナツト
ランナーで駆動されるソケツトに係合してワーク
の螺孔に螺合されるように設けられている。

数の通路19aを列設したガイドプレート19と
からなり、該ガイドプレート19は分配枠18に
軸支される第1シリンダ20と連結して、その通
路19aが前記挿入孔17aと一致する直立位置
と該通路19aが前記挿入孔17aと外れる傾斜
位置とに切換自在に設けられ、更に分配枠18は
架台15上のブラケツト21に軸支されると共に
架台15上に軸支される第2シリンダ22に連結
してガイドプレート19の通路19aが収納ブロ
ツク14の吐出孔14aと一致する直立位置とガ
イドプレート19に設けたストツパー23が吐出
孔14aを塞ぐ傾斜位置とに切換自在に設けられ
ている。図中24は連結ヘツド9の作動用シリン
ダを示す。

ク14の吐出口14aとガイドプレート19の通
路19aとは一致し、かくて締付金具は分配チユ
ーブ17を介して保持具8内に供給されて該保持
具8のワークへの当接により締結されるものであ
る。なおワークaの種類が変つてこれに対応する
締付金具を新規に選別する最初の作業で、締付金
具が所定の分配チユーブ17に入るようになつて
いるかを確認するため第1シリンダ20を作動さ
せて第6図示の如くガイドプレート19の通路1
9aを分配チユーブ17の挿入孔17aと外して
締付金具を外部に放出するようにした。

され、且つ該ガイドプレートの前記通路を前記分
配チユーブから外れるように該ガイドプレートを
