[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a gas combustion furnace that efficiently and completely burns combustible gas and has a function of collecting dust. Conventionally, combustible gases containing trace amounts of organic substances, malodorous substances, etc. are burned, and after removing conditions that degrade the environment, the temperature is lowered and dust removed as necessary, and the gases are released into the atmosphere. At this time, combustion is usually performed using a burner, but since the concentration of flammable components in these gases is generally low, complete combustion is difficult to occur, and releasing them directly into the atmosphere poses environmental problems. .

Combustible gas generated from a carbonization incinerator or the like for sludge, etc. is introduced from the inlet 9 and guided downward while swirling between the cylindrical portion 1a of the furnace body 1 and the combustion tube 7. During this time, the combustible gas is sufficiently preheated by indirect heating by the heater 2 transmitted through the furnace body 1 and heating by combustion inside the combustion tube 7. This preheated combustible gas is mixed with air introduced from the air inlet 11 and introduced into the combustion tube 7, so that the combustible gas is completely combusted inside the combustion tube.
At this time, if necessary, the air introduced from the air introduction port 11 is preheated. The burned gas is discharged to the outside from the exhaust port 8, and is further processed, such as cooling and dust removal, as required. Further, the ash produced by the combustion is taken out of the furnace through the dust outlet 10.

By the way, since this gas combustion furnace has a cyclone shape, even if relatively large dust particles are contained in the combustible gas, they are separated and collected by centrifugal force and are removed from the dust extraction port 10 along with the combustion ash. Since the amount of dust in the exhaust gas is significantly reduced, the burden of subsequent dust removal processing is reduced. In this case, if the air inlet 11 is also attached in the tangential direction like the inlet 9, the effect will be further improved. Further, there is a combustion tube 7 in the center of the furnace body 1 made of heat-resistant steel, and as a result of the introduced combustible gas passing through the preheating gap between the furnace body 1 and the combustion tube 7, the metal forming the furnace body 1 Since the parts do not come into direct contact with combustion gas, they are not exposed to extremely high temperatures, resulting in a relatively low and uniform temperature, resulting in less deterioration due to heat effects and a longer life. Furthermore, the combustion tube 7, which is the most easily damaged, can be easily replaced by removing the lid 6.

Note that this combustion furnace can also perform combustion deodorization treatment by mixing gaseous fuel with malodorous gas that does not contain combustible gas.

As mentioned above, the gas combustion furnace according to the present invention is
The flammable gas is passed through the preheating gap between the furnace body and the combustion tube, and is preheated from both sides by the heater installed on the outside and the combustion heat in the combustion tube. Since the liquid components contained therein are completely vaporized, gases with a relatively low combustible gas content can be completely combusted, and the metal furnace body has a dust collection function and has a long lifespan and is not easily damaged. Since the combustion tube is easily replaceable, it can be effectively used in many sectors that require combustion treatment of exhaust gas.
