という問題点を残していた。 There are two methods for installing artificial turf on the attachment layer: the adhesive method, in which the back side of the artificial turf is completely glued to the attachment layer, and the so-called installation method, in which the artificial turf is simply connected and installed. In the case of the former, it is difficult to remove the adhesive surface during repair,
The latter method is often used because of the lack of cushioning, especially in the lateral direction.
In the latter method, long lengths of artificial grass must be joined together, which has conventionally been done by stitching. However, this suturing method had drawbacks such as being very time-consuming, and therefore, the applicant proposed in Utility Model Application No. 58-188823 to easily perform the joining using staples. Although this method is extremely easy to join together, it does have the problem that the grass leaves planted on the base fabric (hereinafter referred to as "grass elements") are crushed by the staples and must be made to stand up again. I had left it behind.

When joining, a bonding fabric is placed on the back side of the base fabric without restraining the turf elements at all. To provide an extremely easy and high bonding strength artificial turf connecting structure.

In a structure in which two sheets of artificial turf are bonded to an underpad made of polyvinyl chloride foam except for the side edges, and the side edges of the turf are butted against each other, the above-mentioned side of the underpad of both artificial turfs is A welding film made of heat-activated synthetic resin is arranged on the upper surface of the end portion to bridge both underpats, and a joining cloth made of synthetic fibers is arranged on the welding film, and the underparts and joining cloth are arranged. It is thermally welded via a welding film, and the base fabric is bonded to the bonding fabric using an adhesive.
