As a means to reduce the weight of automobiles, this conventional product is made of a plastic plate instead of a steel plate for an automobile hood whose overall shape is approximately rectangular. a peripheral rib along the plastic plate, a striker attachment part which is one part of the locking device formed at the center of one edge of the plastic plate, and a hinge attachment part formed at both ends of the other edge opposite to said one edge. It had a structure in which a V-shaped rib was integrally molded and protruded along the line connecting the two.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the above-mentioned conventional product, as shown in FIG.
02 is integrally molded so that the plastic plate 10 is formed in the rib 102 portion during molding.
There is a risk that dents (sink marks) 104 may occur on the surface of the 0. If this occurs, it will be necessary to apply putty or the like during surface finishing to repair this. If the width is made narrower, the number of ribs must be increased in order to obtain sufficient reinforcing strength, which causes the problem that it becomes difficult to cut out the mold during molding.

In addition, when using a plastic plate formed by injection molding, etc., when forming the plastic plate,
As shown in FIG. 5, a problem arises in that voids 106 are formed and grow due to heating during coating on the plastic board, resulting in raised portions 110 on the surface of the plastic board 108.

Furthermore, a plastic board alone does not have the effect of shielding radio waves, so if a conventional product is used as a hood for the engine room, the noise radio waves emitted from the engine will pass through the hood and leak out of the car, causing radio waves in the car and radio waves to leak out. There was also a problem with inputting data into a computer and causing radio interference.

As mentioned above, conventional products have poor surface quality during molding, requiring extensive post-processing measures to reinforce this, and countermeasures against radio wave interference, such as pasting a thin aluminum plate on the back surface, are required. This system had many problems, such as the need to prepare a separate system.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and for this purpose, the automobile hood of the present invention has a substantially rectangular overall shape. , the center of one edge is the locking device attachment part,
In the automobile hood in which both ends of the other edge opposite to the one edge are hinge attachment parts, an outer plate member forming the overall shape of the hood is formed of an aluminum plate, and the hood is attached to the inner surface of the outer plate member. an inner plate member integrally formed with a peripheral edge reinforcing portion along the entire periphery of the lock device and a V-shaped reinforcing portion along a line connecting the lock device attachment portion and the hinge attachment portion;
The inner plate member is formed by surrounding a honeycomb core filled with foam with plastic,
and a tensile rigidity retaining member is formed on the inner surface of the outer plate member between the peripheral edge reinforcing portion and the V-shaped reinforcing portion of the inner plate member, and the tension rigidity retaining member is formed between the outer plate member and the inner surface of the outer plate member. The structure was formed by filling foam between plastic plates that were glued together.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the automobile hood of the present invention includes an outer plate member made of an aluminum plate, an inner plate member having a honeycomb core surrounded by a face material made of plastic, and an outer plate member. Since the plate structure consists of a tension rigidity retaining member filled with foam between the plastic plate, the hood can be reinforced to the minimum necessary extent while achieving a reduction in overall weight. Further weight reduction can be achieved through limited partial reinforcement.

An inner plate member integrally formed with a V-shaped reinforcing portion along the line is polymerized and bonded, and the inner plate member is formed by surrounding a honeycomb core filled with foam inside with a plastic face material. , and a tension rigidity retaining member is formed on the inner surface of the outer plate member between the peripheral edge reinforcing portion and the V-shaped reinforcement portion of the inner plate member, and the tension rigidity retaining member is formed between the outer plate member and the outer plate member. An automobile hood characterized by being formed by filling a foam between plastic plates bonded to the inner surface.
