Generally, when consuming the thread wound on a bobbin, the lower thread of the bobbin being unwound is tied in advance with the upper thread of the next full bobbin, and the moment the unwinding is finished, the thread of the next bobbin is used. The so-called tail transfer method is used to begin using the yarn, and in order to proceed smoothly with this process, it is necessary that the lower opening yarn is not disturbed and that it can be unraveled enough for tying. One way to smoothly proceed with this method is to apply an adhesive sticker to the end of the bobbin in advance so that the glue boundary line is parallel to the bobbin axis, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 43-10733. A method is known in which the seal is wound in parallel around a bobbin with a seal, and when the full bobbin is removed from the spindle, the parallel winding part at the bottom is unwound and inserted into the glue-attached part of the seal via the glue-non-adhesive part. However, with this method, when the thread is bitten into the glued area, the thread may tear the sticker paper near the glue boundary line, and the thread may not be able to penetrate sufficiently into the glued area. Since the lower opening thread is fixed in the glue attachment part, the lower opening thread part may generate fluff due to the adhesive glue when the winding thread is consumed, so in any case, the glue boundary line is The use of adhesive stickers parallel to the axis is still problematic in practice.

Several methods have been proposed to improve this method (Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-18131, Japanese Patent Publication No. 20447-1972, Japanese Patent Publication No. 572-1972, Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-39103, From a practical standpoint, the method shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-18131 seems to be desirable. That is, in this method, similar to the above-mentioned method, an adhesive sticker is pasted to the bottom of the empty bobbin before winding begins, the winding is completed, and the parallel winding portion on the seal is unwound to create the lower opening thread. This invention is characterized by the shape of the seal to be attached and the method of attachment. The seal shape is approximately triangular with the non-adhesive part protruding to one side. The sticking method is to stick the glue boundary line perpendicular to the bobbin axis. According to this method, there is no risk of the seal peeling off even when the bobbin is rotated at high speed because of the triangular non-glue part protruding from one side, and the work of peeling off the seal when the winding thread is used up can be done using the triangular shape so to speak. It has various advantages such as the ease of grasping the selvedge part, which allows the stripping operation to be carried out quickly, and the fact that the glue protruding from the glue-applied area does not stain the winding yarn. However, what needs to be improved in this method is the need to keep the seal peeling operation constant and easy. In other words, in order to emphasize that according to this method, the sticker is pasted in advance and wound with a thread, the triangular part of the adhesive-free part of the sticker is biased to the right in the case of the sticker for S-twist, and It is said that it is necessary to lean to the left when it comes to stickers for Z-twisting, and therefore it is difficult for right-handed workers, who are generally more likely to be right-handed, to work quickly when removing such stickers, especially those for Z-twisting. . Also, since the triangle has one vertex, even if the sticker is of a certain size, it is not possible to work with both hands, and there is a certain limit to the size of the non-glue area, so the glue does not stick. When the lower opening thread is bitten into the vicinity of the glue boundary line through the part, it is inevitable that the receiving groove, which is the non-adhesive part, is too small.

The present invention is an improvement over the above-mentioned prior art, and although the adhesive seal of the present invention cannot be applied to a method in which the sticker is pasted on an empty bobbin in advance, the adhesive seal of the present invention A preferred embodiment of the method is used to seal the bottom thread to a finished bobbin.
Therefore, in such a method of use, there is essentially no need to consider peeling of the seal due to the rotation of the bobbin, and the aim of the present invention is to ensure the reliability of sealing and the speed of peeling off the seal. This is the goal.

That is, as shown in the drawings, the shape of the adhesive sticker of the present invention is composed of a glue-attached part 1 and a non-glue-attached part 2, and in particular, the boundary line 3 thereof extends in the horizontal direction. , one requirement is that it does not extend vertically or diagonally. When the seal is actually used, it is assumed that the boundary line 3 is attached perpendicular to the bobbin axis. The second requirement is that the seal be such that the adhesive part 1 is located on the lower side and the non-adhesive part 2 is located on the upper side across the boundary line. Although the adhesive sticker that combines both of these requirements is not new, the seal of the present invention that combines the third and fourth requirements described below is new and has significant effects. . In other words, the third requirement is that the shape of the glue-free area 2 is a triangle or trapezoid with the boundary line 3 as at least part of one side (the shape of the glue-attached area does not matter), and the apex does not touch the boundary line. 2-4
The fourth requirement is that at least two of the vertices must be on the outside of the perpendicular line drawn at the end of the boundary line. Here, it is desirable that the distance from the apex to the perpendicular line be approximately 3 mm or more, considering the ease with which the seal can be pinched. An example of the shape of a seal included in this expression is the seal shown in the drawings, in which the shape of the non-adhesive part is trapezoidal,
D is an example of a triangular seal.

The above-mentioned seal has the advantage that the lower opening thread is easily bitten into the seal, and the seal can be removed more easily and quickly. Among such seals, a more preferable shape is one in which the shape of the non-glue part is trapezoidal, because the trapezoidal shape allows the non-glue part to open more easily and the lower fin to bite into the seal than, for example, a triangle shape. It is. A particularly suitable seal shape for this seal is one in which the short side of the two parallel sides of the trapezoid is the adhesive boundary line, and this corresponds to those shown in A and B in the drawings. The reason why this seal is optimal is that the head of the non-glued part is heavy, so the seal opens easily and the lower opening thread is easily bitten near the boundary line, and it is located outside the perpendicular line set at the edge of the boundary line. This is because since there are two vertices, it can be easily peeled off not only by a normal right-handed person but also by a left-handed worker, and in some cases it is even possible to peel it off with both hands. In this way, in the seal of the present invention, even if the shape of the glue-free part is trapezoidal, it is more preferable to have a trapezoid shaped like a cup (see figure A) than a trapezoid shaped like the roof of a house (see figure C). It is. In addition, in the seal of the present invention, even if one side of the non-glued part is the glue boundary line as shown in drawings A and B, or the glue border line occupies a part of the side as shown in C and D of the same drawing. Good too.

The material for the seal of the present invention is generally paper or synthetic resin film, but film is preferable in view of ease of biting in the lower opening thread and ease of peeling off the seal. Furthermore, since the glue only needs to temporarily seal the lower opening thread, it does not need to be an unnecessarily strong adhesive; rather, a weakly viscous chemical glue is preferable in consideration of the reuse of the bobbin.

When using the seal of the present invention, it is desirable to stick the seal on the end yarn of the bobbin after winding. In such a method of use in the present invention, after pasting a seal on the end thread so that the glue boundary line is perpendicular to the bobbin axis, the end thread on the opposite side to the winding thread is cut. Finish sealing the bottom thread of the end bobbin. It goes without saying that all of these operations may be performed mechanically, and even in that case, care must be taken to ensure that the lower opening thread does not become firmly wedged into the adhesive part of the seal. Yes, and it is possible to do so. Since the main method of use of the present invention is to apply the seal after sealing, there is no need to worry about the seal lifting or peeling off when the bobbin is rotated. In short, the present invention is capable of reliably and smoothly sealing the bottom thread of a bobbin at the end of winding, and how quickly the seal can be removed when the winding thread is used up without causing fuzz or damage to the winding thread. This idea was created by paying attention to crabs. In this sense, the seal described above as the shape of the seal can be used. In addition, the seals A and B, which are considered as the optimal seals in this invention, are not suitable when used in the front pasting method because the head of the non-glued part is heavy and that part lifts up as the bobbin rotates. .

An example of sealing the bottom thread of polyester filament will be explained. In other words, after searching for the bottom yarn doffed from the drawing-twisting machine and free from the untreated purn bobbin, a seal having the shape shown in Figure 1A of the drawing is attached so that the glue boundary line is aligned with the bobbin axis. Attach the bottom thread on the end thread at right angles to the winding thread so that the non-glued part is on the top side, and so that the bottom thread does not get into the glue-adhered part. Finally, attach the end thread on the opposite side to the winding thread. Amputated. As a result, it was found that the lower opening thread had bitten only into the non-glue portion of the seal, and that the lower opening thread had been completely sealed. When 23 workers, including 4 left-handed workers, carried out winding yarn consumption (tail transfer) on such a bobbin, 23 workers, including 4 left-handed workers, performed the tail transfer more easily and quickly than the conventional seal-based tail transfer, and moreover, the end yarns were completely free of fluff. It was praised as a sealing method that could be used without causing any problems, and was said to be an impeccable sealing method.

As described above, by using the adhesive seal of the present invention, it is possible to seal the bottom thread completely in the vicinity of the glue boundary line without completely digging into the glue-attached part, and as a result, winding thread is consumed. It is welcomed in the industry that there is no fuzz or damage to the lower opening thread even when the seal is peeled off during the process, and the seal peeling operation can now be carried out easily and quickly.
